Trump International Hotel & Tower New York, a Forbes Five-Star/AAA Five-Diamond luxury hotel in Manhattan
overlooking Central Park, has announced that it expects the renovation of
its guest rooms, suites
and common spaces to be finished this motnh.
The renovation is a collaboration between Trump
Hotels, Eric Trump, Trump Construction and New York-based design
firm, Total Resource Associates Inc., and includes a total transformation of the hallways,
including carpeting, a new color palette and lighting; guest rooms
and suites, including sparkling LED crystal chandeliers and custom wall
sconces, deep wood crown molding and base, carpeting, fixtures and
fittings, upholstery and bedding; and guest room and suite
bathrooms, featuring polished chrome Kohler fixtures,
glass-enclosed shower partitions, new comfort height toilets and
custom wood vanities with marble tops.
“We are very proud of what the
hotel has achieved and provided for travelers around the world
since its opening 20 years ago. This renovation further affirms
our commitment to maintain our status as one of the elite luxury
hotels in the city and around the world,” said Prince A. Sanders,
general manager of the hotel. “The renovation is underway and we
anticipate completion by September.”
