Campus Perth to Redefine Student Accommodation in Australia

Situated in the heart of the city, Campus Perth – a design-led, co-living student hub – will become home to more than 700 domestic and international university students from January 2019.

Exclusively for students, Campus Perth features flat sharing style apartments for four and six people, rooms for two and private studio apartments.

Every room at Campus Perth comes equipped with the same set of features, gadgets and services such as free high-speed Wi-Fi, lockable drawers, en-suite bathrooms, individual study desks, card access doors, CCTV and USB charging hubs.

Communal areas will include The Link, a co-working space with cluster tables, individual workstations and rooms for private meetings, all equipped with the latest technology and connectivity including highspeed Wi-Fi, USB charging stations, screening options and monitors. The Commons, featuring a variety of different areas to relax and take a break from studying will have gaming, screening and a juice bar. A fully-equipped fitness club will also be accessible for students to stay fit and healthy. Several communal kitchens and a BBQ rooftop will complement the community areas accessible exclusively to Campus Perth residents.

A dedicated Campus Guru will be on hand to help foster a community atmosphere with a schedule of planned social events, including movie and games nights, potluck dinners and yoga classes.

Campus Perth is managed by GCP Hospitality and has 726 beds across 11 floors.

Campus Perth's rates will be fully inclusive of all accommodation fees, government rates, legal fees, management fees, electricity and water, hispeed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, washers and dryers, 24/7 security and gymnasium access.

Located at 80 Stirling Street, Campus Perth is scheduled to open in January 2019.
