Susan Carlos Appointed GM of Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur has appointed Susan Carlos as General Manager.

Susan is an experienced hotelier with a strong sales and marketing background.

She was most recently General Manager of the Dorsett Grand Labuan, a 5-star hotel on the Island of Labuan.

Susan was attached to Dorsett Grand Subang before her move to Dorsett Grand Labuan.

In her latest General Manager role, Susan will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel including the day-to-day staff management and guests, maximize operations and guest satisfaction as well to as work very closely with the hotel owners and other stakeholders.
