The Mandarin Oriental, Singapore has opened a
new bar, the MO Bar.
The result of a collaboration with bar
developer, Proof & Company, MO Bar is located on the hotels
fourth floor with floor-to-ceiling views of Marina Bay.
The drinks menu has been created by Bar Manager
Michele Mariotti, who has worked at some of Europes most
celebrated
bars.
There are 14 cocktails available including Coconut Beaches
of Fiji with pisco, lychee cordial and carbonated coconut cream
and Mother of Dragons with strawberry aloe vera, red dragon
fruit juice and cachaa.
The drinks menu also includes mocktails, beers
and wines, and a one-of-a-kind MO Bar Pilsner, developed in
collaboration with Archipelago, a local craft brewery.

The MO Bar is open from 11am to 1am Sundays to
Thursdays and from 11am to 2 am on Fridays, Saturdays and the eve
of Public Holidays. Afternoon Tea is served from Monday to Friday
from 3pm to 5pm, and on Saturdays, Sundays and Public
Holidays from 12.30pm to 2.30pm and 3pm to 5pm.
