Dorchester Collection has unveiled plans to launch
an academy that will be overseen by Beth
Aarons as Global Director.
Scheduled to commence at the beginning of 2018,
the Dorchester Collection Academy will tap into the hotel group’s expertise in the
luxury market to train individuals and groups on how to deliver the ultimate service
experience to their customers.
Speakers from Dorchester Collection will also offer their
insight, experience and knowledge through events,
coaching, and experiential training.
The Dorchester Collection
Academy will provide training facilities in Mayfair, as well as pre and post-course
access to on-going learning support.
Christopher Cowdray, Chief Executive Officer of Dorchester Collection,

After two years as area
director of human resources for Dorchester Collection’s UK
properties, Beth Aarons has been appointed as Global Director of
the Dorchester Collection.
Beth
has over 25 years of experience in training, operations and HR, having worked across a number of five-star hotels and
leisure companies.

luxury market,” Beth said.
The Dorchester Collection currently includes the

Athénée, Paris; Hotel Principe di Savoia, Milan; Hotel Eden, Rome;
The Beverly Hills Hotel, Beverly Hills; and Hotel Bel-Air, Los
Angeles.
