Travelport has signed an interconnect
arrangement with Ugo Transfers, a company providing aggregated
content for ground transfers.
Agents using Travelport
Marketplace can download the UGO application to browse, pre-book
and confirm their customers’ ground transport arrangements in
advanced.
Ugo Transfers also recently established a specialised Service Center which allows for requests to cater to
larger groups and other customised options.

reassurance and personalized service delivery for our customers,”
said Brad Wicks, managing director of Ugo Transfers. “We are
looking forward to providing more travel agents with a seamless
solution to search and book for ground transportation. Travelport

Bay Travel, one of the largest privately owned
travel management companies based in Australia, was one of the
