Cebu Pacific Air has partnered with PayRemit so that customers can pay for their flight bookings even
if they do not have a credit card.
Customers wishing to buy a ticket
simply take note of the reference number and present it
over-the-counter at any of the authorized PayRemit counters in
Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Canada, then settle in cash.
“PayRemit allows our customers the opportunity to book
year-round low fares on Cebu Pacific, and pay for these through a
convenient and hassle-free payment portal. Our Filipino
expatriates, in particular, will now have more flexibility to book
and buy flights,” said Candice Iyog, Vice President for Marketing
of Cebu Pacific.
PayRemit is available in 26
countries with 55 remittances agents and their 500+ branches.
Customers may pay for their Cebu Pacific flights at any of the
following PayRemit partner agents: Hatari Exchange in Hong Kong;
Brunphil and Redimoney Express in Singapore; Speed Money Transfer
in Japan; and the following exchanges in UAE: Al Fuad, Al Ghurair,
Al Rostamani, Delma, Emirates India, Progoti, and UAE.
“The ability of our customers to pay for tickets through
PayRemit widens their options to search for the lowest fares and
secure their bookings. It makes it easier for them to pay at
accredited remittance centers. With this alliance, we expect that
more of our customers will benefit from the low fares Cebu Pacific
offers,” said Mix Acuros, Area Manager for Asia of Ventaja, the
owning company of PayRemit.
