AirAsia Launches Flights Between Kuala Lumpur and Sihanoukville, Cambodia

AirAsia has launched four flights per week between Kuala Lumpur and Sihanoukville, Cambodia.

The airline will operate the flights every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

Flight AK264 will take off from klia2 (KUL) at 12:15 to arrive in Sihanoukville (KOS) at 13:00.

The return flight, AK265, will depart Sihanoukville at 13:40, arriving back in Kuala Lumpur at 16:30.

AirAsia has launched four flights per week between Kuala Lumpur and Sihanoukville, Cambodia. The inaugural flight was welcomed with a traditional a water cannon salute.

As the Cambodia’s fourth-largest city, Sihanoukville offers beaches, jungle mountains, mangroves and abundant marine life. Visitors can visit the beautiful islands of Koh Rong Samloem and Koh Rong; enjoy the late night scene along Ochheuteal Beach; immerse in lush nature at the Kbal Chhay Waterfalls, or the country’s first national park, the Ream National Park; or savour fresh seafood like sear-grill squid and the national dish, Amok Trey.

AirAsia also connects Kuala Lumpur directly to Cambodia’s capital city of Phnom Penh with 21 times weekly flights as well as Siem Reap with 14 times weekly flights.
