EVA Air has launched nonstop flights between
Taipei and Istanbul, Turkey.
The airline will operate the route with four
flights per week.
The Boeing 777-300ER aircraft which will
fly between Taipei and Istanbul features three distinct cabins,
Royal Laurel (Business), Elite (Premium Economy) and Economy
Class.
Economy Class comes with on-demand
seat-back entertainment and ports for charging devices.
EVA Executive
Vice President, Glenn Chai, said, “Istanbul is unique to both Europe and
Asia in its geographical advantages. From here, it’s easy for
passengers to connect onward aboard flights to most of Europe’s
major cities. And with our new service, travelers from Turkey and
Europe have easy access to leading destinations throughout Asia
and Mainland China.”
EVA’s Taipei to Istanbul flights depart in the
very early morning and arrive in Istanbul’s Ataturk International
Airport early enough to conduct a full day of business or
sightseeing, or connect via a Turkish Airlines flight to many
major cities in Europe.
Istanbul to Taipei passengers will arrive in Taipei in the very
early morning with comfortable connection times for numerous
onward flights to EVA gateways throughout Asia and Mainland China.
