ITB Berlin Partners Cross Section Media for Bharat International Tourism Bazaar

ITB Berlin has partnered travel mart organiser Cross Section Media for a co-branded outbound show in India.

The Bharat International Tourism Bazaar (BITB) will be held in New Delhi from 3 to 6 October 2016.

In the first quarter of 2016 India registered the fastest growth in air travel globally. Indian domestic air travel is expected to exceed 100 million movements, while outbound exceeded 18 million last year, growing almost 15 to 20% year-on-year.

BITB will bring new streams of business, such as online and technology in travel, weddings, MICE, luxury, and other niche segments, with corresponding buyers.

Traditional segments will also attract exhibitors, including cities and states, destinations, airlines and airports and hospitality.

Big tickets partners are also expected to host accompanying conferences.

BITB is aiming to attract over 12,000 attendees, comprising industry and government, from within India and around the world.
