Swiss-Belsuites Victoria Park Opens in Auckland, New Zealand

Swiss-Belhotel has expanded its portfolio of hotels in New Zealand with the opening of the Swiss-Belsuites Victoria Park opens in Auckland.

The 40-unit Swiss-Belsuites Victoria Park is located in downtown Auckland just minutes from the commercial business district and waterfront entertainment areas. The all-suite and apartment hotel sits above the original Victoria Street car park and is adjacent to Victoria Park Market.

The hotel offers a selection of one, two and three-bedroom suites in a newly developed building by the inner city property developers, Mansons TCLM Limited.

The suites all feature floor to ceiling windows and fully-equipped kitchens.

Managed and leased on a long term basis by Hong Kong-based and New Zealand owned Swiss-Belhotel International, the Swiss-Belsuites Victoria Park Auckland is the second hotel that the company has acquired in New Zealand, the other being Swiss-Belresort Coronet Peak Queenstown.

"Swiss-Belsuites Victoria Park perfectly compliments our other hotel operations in Queenstown, Sydney (The York by Swiss-Belhotel) and the soon-to-open Swiss-Belhotel Brisbane."
