Sedona Hotel Yangon has
appointed Robert Murray as Executive Chef.
Chef Murray will
oversee the hotels three restaurants, the Lobby Lounge as well as
special events.
Chef Murray
has over 20 years of experience in
the industry. Before joining
Sedona Hotel Yangon, Chef Murray served on the pre-opening team as
Food and Beverage Director at The Azure Qiantang, A Luxury
Collection Hotel in Hangzhou, China.
Prior to that position, Chef
Murray served on various senior F&B positions at
five-star properties in Shenzhen, Langkawi, Kuching, Dubai,
Tanzania and Sydney.

Restaurant, the hotels newest restaurant located in the
light-filled arcade of the new Inya Wing. DCuisine is an all-day restaurant that offers Asian, Southeast Asian and Western cuisine;
Du Fu, the signature Chinese restaurant featuring an
extensive menu of classic favorites, dim sum as well as a full
buffet and a la carte items;
Lobby Lounge, located in the center of the
beautiful garden lobby; and
Orzo, the signature
Italian restaurant featuring Italian and Mediterranean specialties
in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
