Elbit Systems of America has appointed Tiffany
Nesbit as Vice President of Engineering and Douglas Sandklev as
Vice President of Technology and Innovation.
Nesbit has over 25 years of aerospace
experience, most recently with Honeywell, in research and
development leadership roles including: Director of Engineering in
China, interfacing with COMAC on developing the C919 aircraft;
Director of Aerospace Software Center of Excellence, an
organization with more than 250 engineers across eight sites and
three countries; and Engineering Lead, Flight Controls Joint
Venture Formation Team.
Bringing over twenty years of experience to the
Elbit Systems of America role of Vice President of Technology and
Innovation, Sandklev will work closely with customers - including
the U.S. government and prime contractors’ research and
development organizations, industry partners, and its supplier
base to develop integrated technology strategies.
