Starwood has signed an agreement with JL Parramatta,
a Sydney-based developer, to open a Four Points by
Sheraton hotel in Sydney,
Australia.
The 271-room Four Points by Sheraton
Parramatta, scheduled to open in 2018, will be located within
Parramatta’s Central Business District (CBD), at 89 George Street.
The hotel will be just
a short walk from Parramatta Station, the Parramatta River and
Westfield Parramatta, the second largest shopping complex in
Australia. Other nearby attractions include the Riverside
Theatre, Parramatta Stadium and Rosehill Gardens.
Four
Points by Sheraton Parramatta will feature a bar
and lobby lounge with snack kiosk, meeting facilities, a restaurant, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, and parking
facilities.
