Marco Polo Hotels - Hong Kong has appointed Mr.
Raymond Chan as Director of Restaurants, Bars & Events.
In his new role with Marco Polo Hotels -
Hong Kong, Mr. Chan will assume responsibility for the overall
management of F&B operations at Marco Polo Hongkong, Gateway and
Prince Hotels including the hotels’ restaurants, bars and banquet
facilities.
Mr. Chan has almost 30 years of experience in
the F&B industry. Prior to joining Marco Polo Hotels, Mr. Chan was
Director of Food & Beverage for Hilton Worldwide (Shanghai
Regional Office) where he was managing outlet operations across
Greater China and Mongolia.

experience to ensure the finest levels of guest experience at
Marco Polo Hotel’s six spectacular restaurants and bars as well as
Events facilities,” said Mr. Chan.
