Mövenpick Resort and Spa Jimbaran Bali Appoints DOSM

The Mövenpick Resort and Spa Jimbaran Bali, scheduled to open in November 2016, has appointed I Wayan Suwastana as Director of Sales and Marketing.

Suwastana has close to 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the hospitality sector.

Suwastana began his career as a sales executive in 1977 and quickly worked his way through the ranks with several Director of Sales and Marketing roles in five-star hotels across his native Indonesia.

"It's an exciting time to be joining Mövenpick Resort and Spa Jimbaran Bali in this crucial pre-opening period," Suwastana said. "Mövenpick Resort and Spa Jimbaran Bali, is a much anticipated addition to the Bali hospitality landscape and I look forward to bringing my experience to the challenges ahead."

Suwastana has a degree from the Academy of Tourism Mataram-Lombok with a specialisation in hotel management.
