Airbus Flight Hour Services (FHS) has opened a
Spares-Pool & Logistic Platform in Hong Kong to support its A350
XWB customers in the region.
Through this new Spares-Pool and Logistics
Platform, Airbus will deliver FHS Components services including;
guaranteed spare parts availability; maintenance and logistics to
recent A350 XWB customers - Cathay Pacific and Vietnam Airlines.
With more than 3800 international flights
per week, Hong Kong is an ideal location to facilitate a rapid
response to customers’ operational needs. The customer-centric set up offers:
• On site Airbus FHS representatives;
• Dedicated support teams working 24/7/365;
• More than one thousand components on the
shelf; and
• More than 40,000 part-movements per year.
