HK Express has signed an agreement to distribute
its fares and schedules through Amadeus’ global network of travel
agents.
HK Express today flies to 20 destinations across
Asia Pacific including cities in Japan, Korea, Thailand and China.
The airline plans to increase its fleet of
Airbus aircraft from 13 to 50 by 2018.
With this agreement, HK Express joins the ranks
of more than 480 other airlines that are bookable via the Amadeus
system.
“HK Express is expanding aggressively to give
our guests an affordable, reliable option from our base in Hong
Kong. We believe in a multi-channel distribution policy, allowing
guests who wish to book through the travel agent community the
ability to do so. We’re delighted to work with a partner like
Amadeus to help us increase our reach worldwide,” said Luke Lovegrove,
Commercial Director, HK Express.
