Dusit Fudu Hotels and Resorts has signed a
management agreement with the Suzhou New District Economic
Development Group Corporation to bring a Dusit Thani Wellness
Resort to Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province.
Scheduled to open in Q4 2018, the 250-room
Dusit Thani Wellness Resort Suzhou SND, Jiangsu will be located
within a tourism zone set to become a new lifestyle destination.
The Suzhou National Hi-Tech District is currently home to more than
1,500 foreign companies and over 40 Fortune 500 companies.
The resort will be 20 minutes by car from the
Suzhou high-speed train station, 30 minutes from Shanghai by
high-speed train, and a 30-minute drive from the central business
district.
The key feature of the Dusit Thani Wellness Resort Suzhou SND will be the wellness centre
which will include more than 30 indoor and outdoor natural hot
springs pools.
Oxygen rooms, infrared cabins and salt saunas will
also be available in the centre for the wellbeing of guests and
local residents.
This extensive offering will be complemented by
the Thai-inspired treatments of Dusit’s own Devarana Spa in six
treatment rooms.
Dining outlets at the resort will include an
all-day dining restaurant, a Chinese restaurant and a Lobby
Lounge.
Recreational facilities will include
mahjong rooms, a well-equipped gymnasium, kid’s club, beauty salon
and boutique.
A 400 sqm pillarless ballroom and four meeting rooms will cater for meetings
and social events.

attractions in China, with its classical gardens being listed as a
UNESCO World Heritage Site.
