Glass Skyslide Lands Close to 1,000 Feet Above Downtown Los Angeles

The Skyslide, a glass slide which promises to both thrill and terrify users, has been airlifted via helicopter onto the 69th floor observation deck at the iconic US Bank Tower in downtown Los Angeles.

Made entirely of clear glass which is 1 1/4 inches thick, the Skyslide attraction is a first-of-its-kind outdoor glass slide affixed to the exterior of the US Bank Tower, extending 45 feet long, from floor 70 to floor 69.

"The Skyslide boasts a safe, thrilling experience unlike any other in the world," said OUE's Lucy Rumantir , President & Chief Executive Officer, The Americas. "Guests of all ages will have the opportunity to transform their view of Los Angeles as they glide down, gazing at unparalleled views of the city."

Opening on 25 June 2016, OUE Skyspace LA will be California's tallest open-air observation deck and one of the best places to enjoy 360-degree views of Los Angeles.

In addition to the Skyslide, the OUE Skyspace LA experience will include a variety of interactive visitor touch points on floors 2, 54, 69 and 70 of the US Bank Tower.

Skyslide passes and tickets to OUE Skyspace LA are now available for purchase. Daily admission to OUE Skyspace LA is $25 and Skyslide passes are available for $8, with group admission also available.
