We discuss the airline's fleet retirement plans as well as what new aircraft will be delivered this year and next. We do not discuss the new big order as that will be announced in February 2016 at the Singapore Airshow.

Mr. Bautista tells us about Philippine Airlines' codeshare plans and how the airline is looking to expand that.

We also discuss the Mabuhay Miles Frequent Flyer Programme and how the airline plans to enhance that this year and into the future.

We discuss airline alliances - such as Star and oneworld - and whether PAL has any plans, or would even like to join such an alliance.

We talk about Etihad and whether an airline such as that has approached PAL to invite it into its growing airline partner programme.

Mr. Bautista tells us about PAL's codeshare partners and whether this is something they are also looking to expand. Plus we discuss pilots and cabin crew, how many the airline will recruit this year and what challenges the airline faces in keeping its quality staff and maintaining the wanted levels of service.
