Thailand-based Rasa Hospitality has appointed Don Lawson as
Cluster Culinary Manager.
Chef Don Lawson has over 30-years of
culinary experience having worked in many popular 4 and 5-star
resorts and hotels around the world.
“As Rasa Hospitality continues to grow, we are
excited to welcome Donald Lawson to the team. As a seasoned Chef
and long time hotel professional, Chef Don will no doubt bring
outstanding culinary support and excitement to our resorts, taking
what is already good and making it great. In addition to his
culinary expertise, we look forward to having his creative mind
active with our group as we continue to explore exciting new
out-of-the-box opportunities,” Michael S. Howard, Managing Director, Rasa
Hospitality.
Rasa Hospitality currently manages Buri Rasa
Village Koh Samui, Buri Rasa Village Koh Phangan, Pai Village
Boutique Resort & Farm, The Privilege Hotel Ezra Beach Club, Ruen
Come In and Buri Rasa Village Chiang Mai, which is under
development.
The group also serves as the owner’s
representative to Anantara Rasananda Koh Phangan Villas.
