Qatar Airways is to increase flights to Muscat,
the capital city of Oman.
From 1 August 2016 the Doha-based airline
will add an extra flight to its existing schedule, increasing the
number of daily flights to five.
Passengers travelling from Muscat will now also
have increased access to the rest of the world, with the ability
to connect through Hamad International Airport and enjoy
award-winning facilities, such as Qatar Airways’ Al Mourjan
Business Class Lounge while connecting to more than 150
destinations.

Continent, Mr. Ehab Amin, said, “Both Doha and Muscat are popular
cities that offer business, cultural and leisure opportunities to
travellers. The additional flight is a response to increased
demand on this popular route, and offers our passengers more
convenience thereby empowering travellers with the ability to
choose flights that are best suited to their unique requirements.”
Qatar Airways’ new flight to Muscat will depart from Doha at
02:20, arriving in Muscat at 05:00. The the return flight
will depart from Muscat at 06:45 and land in Doha at 07:25.
The
airline operates services to Muscat with two-class Airbus A320 aircraft.
