Pan Pacific Singapore has appointed Mr Steven Laine
as
Acting Resident Manager and Mr Sumanth Das as Director of
Restaurants, Bars and Events (RB&E).
Steven started his career with Pan Pacific
Singapore in October 2014 as Director of Restaurant, Bars and
Events (RB&E). Before joining the hotel, Steven was the
Group Director of Food & Beverage with Regal Hotels International,
Hong Kong, China. He has over 13 years of experience in the areas
of Rooms, Events, Beverage, Restaurants and Catering operations in
key destinations such as London, Washington DC and Dubai.
Sumanth started his career with Pan Pacific Singapore in June 2013
as Culinary Director. Before joining the hotel, Sumanth held
the positions of Executive Chef, Four Seasons Jakarta as well as
Executive Chef, Four Seasons Seychelles. His career spans 15 years
of kitchen operations, strategic planning, culinary operations and
menu creation in destinations such as Chicago, France and Mexico.

level, by spearheading new strategies and identifying growth
