        	  Singapore-listed lifestyle property developer, 
			  Oxley Holdings has announced it will launch a 207-room So Sofitel 
			  Hotel and 590-key So Sofitel Residence in the heart of Kuala 
			  Lumpur. 
			  The So Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Residences will be 
			  AccorHotels’ first lifestyle branded residence in Asia. 
			  Both the 
			  hotel and residence will be part of a large-scale mixed-use 
			  development that will include an office tower, retail mall and two 
			  luxury hotels with residences. 
			  “We are pleased to work with AccorHotels and 
			  its renowned So Sofitel brand to design a hotel and a residence 
			  that will stand apart from more traditional luxury properties,” 
			  said Mr Ching Chiat Kwong, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of 
			  Oxley. “AccorHotels will bring almost 50 years of expertise to the 
			  project to attract a more international audience and provide a 
			  guarantee of quality.” 
			  The So Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Hotel 
			  and the So Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Residences will boast one of the 
			  best locations in the Malaysian capital, right in the center of 
			  the KLCC area, within a short walk of the Petronas Towers and the 
			  Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. 
			  The hotel facilities will 
			  include four food and beverage outlets, an extensive pool 
			  with deck and terrace, a gym and a spa, signature Club Lounge, 
			  business centre and several function and event spaces. 
			  The 
			  So Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Residences will feature a lounge, 
			  extensive gym with studio and yoga room, an adults’ pool, separate kids’ pool, games room, kids playground, a function room and sky 
			  gardens offering the opportunity for the residents to welcome their own guests around a barbecue while soaking in  
			  views over the Kuala Lumpur skyline. 
			  Residents will have the privileges to enjoy a la carte services including housekeeping, 
			  room service, laundry services and concierge services provided by 
			  the So Sofitel Hotel. 
			  Oxley is also the owner of the combined 
			  Novotel and Ibis development currently being built along Stevens 
			  Road, which will add a total of 782 rooms to Singapore’s tourism 
			  infrastructure.
