Marco Polo Hotels has appointed Mr. Kingsley Loh
as Group Director, Revenue Management & Distribution.
With
extensive knowledge of numerous management systems along with over
30 years of experience in the hotel industry, Kingsley will be
instrumental in analysing and implementing strategies across
all Niccolo and Marco Polo hotels to maximise each hotel’s revenue
potential.
“I am confident Kingsley’s past experience and
expertise will prove invaluable to our organisation,
particularly as we move forward with our business enhancement
strategies,” said Jennifer Cronin, President of Marco Polo
Hotels.
Previously Group Director of Revenue for Hong
Kong-based Regal Hotels International, Kingsley has worked for
international chains including Marriott, Mandarin Oriental and
Shangri-La.
Returning to Marco Polo after his stint with the
group in the early 90s, Kingsley was formerly Reservations
Manager for Prince Hotel, Hong Kong.
“I am excited to return to
Marco Polo and see the immense progress the group has made,” said
Kingsley. “With an additional five hotels in the pipeline, I look
forward to supporting our current and future hotels, and
implementing new strategies to drive more revenue to our
properties.”
Kingsley holds a Computer Science degree from
Leicester Polytechnic, UK as well as a certificate on Hotel
Revenue Management from Cornell University, USA.
