Hong Kong Airlines has launched direct twice-weekly flights between Hong Kong and Yonago Kitaro
Airport in the Tottori Prefecture of Japan.
The new service is
being operated by
an all-economy class Airbus A320 aircraft.
Mr. Stanley Kan, Director of
Hong Kong Airlines’ Service Delivery Department, said, “The
beautiful natural landscape, local cuisine and cultural scene of
Tottori Prefecture is very appealing to tourists from Hong Kong
and broader regions. With Hong Kong Airlines, passengers can
choose to travel around Osaka, Okayama and Yonago, providing more
options in their trip planning.”
With
the additional twice-weekly service to Yonago, complemented by the
twice-daily flights to Okinawa and Tokyo, five-time weekly service
to Kagoshima, twice-weekly flights to Miyazaki and Okayama, and
twice-daily flights to Osaka starting 15 September and daily
flight to Sapporo starting 30 October, Hong Kong Airlines will
operate a total of 60 weekly flights between Hong Kong and Japan,
covering 8 destinations.
