A multi-million dollar refurbishment of the
Mantra 2 Bond Street in Sydney, Australia has transformed the
hotels guest rooms into a contemporary urban oasis with lashings
of New York loft-style charm.
Architecture and interior design firm
Arkhefield, who was at the helm of the renovation, drew
inspiration for the new design from Mantra 2 Bond Streets urban
city locale.
A unique pendant lighting feature acts as a
focal point in the refurbished studio, one and two bedroom
apartments new kitchen and textured
soft furnishings feature throughout, including stylish lounge
chairs, upholstered bedheads and new window
furnishings.
The
hotels open-plan rooms are instantly evocative of Manhattan style
and the large windows in each apartment bring in lots of natural
light and increase the sense of space, said Mantra 2 Bond Street
General Manager, Neil McDonald.
Mantra 2 Bond Street
occupies a prime location on the corner of George and Bond Streets
in Sydney in the heart of the CBD and financial district.
