New World Saigon Appoints Miguel de Melo as Director of F&B

New World Saigon Hotel has appointed Miguel de Melo as Director of Food & Beverage.

With over 15 years’ professional experience in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and United States, Miguel speaks six languages – Portuguese, English, German, French, Spanish and Italian.

Before joining New World Saigon Hotel, Miguel held a variety of positions, such as director of food and beverage, assistant director of food and beverage, consultant and assistant operation manager, and spent the last eight years working with a range of international groups, such as Hyatt, Hilton and Starwood.
