Japan Airlines will offer its Business Class
passengers on select international routes new amenity kits from 28
December 2015.
JAL is collaborating with luggage manufacturer
Zero Halliburton for the new amenity kits. Zero Halliburton is
famous for its aluminum cases, which were used on Apollo 11 in
1969 to carry moon rocks safely back to the Earth.
The kits on outbound flights from Japan are
designed in a soft case, and a semi-hard case (pictured) will be offered on
inbound flights.
The colors will also change through the seasons,
featuring dark green or orange on outbound flights, and red or
black on inbound flights.
Amenities inside the new pouches include: lip balm,
a toothbrush set, moisture mask, eye mask, earplugs and pocket tissues.
