We are also working in partnership with unique service providers such as helicopter services, e-yacht services and hot air balloon services to offer our guests unique and luxurious experiences. Our weekend leisure business will come from neighbouring domestic travellers as well as local Beijing residents."

The hotel is situated in the heart of Yanqi Lake which is a beautiful scenic site located at the foot of the Yan Mountains, surrounded by a variety of attractions including the Mutianyu Great Wall, Hongluo Temple, Qinglong Gorge and Baiquan Mountain. In 2014, just Mutianyu Great Wall alone, which is only about 30 minutes' drive away from Sunrise Kempinski Hotel, Beijing, attracted over 2.79 million visitors. Activities available nearby include water sports, golfing, horseback riding, and skiing.

Fitness facilities at the hotel include a spa, outdoor tennis courts, a fully-equipped gymnasium, a 26-metre swimming pool, as well as relaxation areas, hot and cold plunge pools, saunas, and steam rooms.
