Impact Exhibition Management in Nonthaburi,
Thailand, has appointed Mr. Lawrence Tan as Food and Beverage
Director.
In his new role, Mr. Tan will be responsible for
coordinating all aspects of banquet functions as well as catering
and maintaining the quality and reputation of Impact's F&B
services by working alongside the Executive Chef and supervising
the day-to-day operations.
Mr. Tan has over
35 years of international experience in the hospitality industry
with expertise in Food and Beverage management having worked at
hotels such as Grand Hyatt, Sheraton Towers,
Raffles Hotel, and Gallery Hotel in Singapore and Plaza
International in New Zealand.
He was at one point the proud owner
of the Porterhouse Grill & Bar steak house in Singapore.
