The Trump SoHo New York in downtown Manhattan
has appointed Magdaleena Nikolov as Spa Director.
Magdaleena joins Trump SoHo from the Cornelia Spa at The
Surrey, where she managed a large staff while boosting business
growth and overall retail and service sales. Additionally, she
created integrative and unique programming by tapping into all
health and wellness aspects.
Prior to joining the Cornelia Spa in October
2013, Magdaleena was the spa director at The Stoneleigh in Dallas, TX
and worked at the Spa at Viceroy Miami and Viceroy Anguilla.
She received her training at Beauty Schools of
America, Hollywood Institute of Beauty Careers, and the American
Institute of Massage Therapy.
“With more than 10 years of luxury spa
experience and an impressive track record, we are honored to have
Magdaleena join our team,” said Gary E. Schweikert, managing
director of Trump SoHo New York. “Magdaleena’s integral knowledge
of the spa industry, and her vision and skills ensures that The
Spa at Trump will continue to offer an elevated level of service
and treatments.”
Designed by DiGuiseppe Architect and located on
the seventh and eighth floors of Trump SoHo, the 11,000
square-foot spa features nine private treatment rooms and wet
rooms, a fitness center with Technogym equipment, two separate
hammams for men and women, indoor and outdoor relaxation areas,
and an extensive menu of treatments and services.
Inspired by Ivanka Trump’s travels in Istanbul,
The Spa at Trump SoHo affords spa-goers a rare opportunity to
experience the traditional cultural bathing rituals of Turkey and
the Middle East.
