Gregory Gubiani Joins Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral as GM

Gregory Gubiani has been appointed as General Manager of the Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral.

A French national, Gregory is fluent in French, English, Spanish, Italian and knowledgeable in German.

He graduated from the School of Tourism and Leisure Management in Strasbourg, France.

With a Rooms Division background, Gregory started his career as a resort host in an international five-star luxury resort in Maldives before moving on to be a Front Office Manager in another five-star resort in French Polynesia.

Gregory then joined Starwood Hotels as Front Office Manager at Le Méridien Nouméa, New Caledonia and moved on to The Westin Melbourne, Australia, as Executive Assistant Manager in charge of rooms.

Gregory took up a 7-month task force as Acting General Manager at The Westin Auckland Lighter Quay, New Zealand before moving to South East Asia in 2011, by stepping into the Hotel Manager role at Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur and later opening Le Méridien Bali Jimbaran, Indonesia as General Manager.
