Qatar Airways has added an all-Premium Class
Airbus A319 to its growing corporate jet fleet, Qatar Executive.
The Premium One A319, which is identical to the
Qatar Airways Business One product operating on a daily basis
between Doha and London Heathrow, will be available for charter
starting 17 February through the airline’s corporate jet division,
Qatar Executive.
The Airbus A319 can be booked to destinations
around the globe with completely customised schedules, allowing
for more flexibility and the option to reach remote or multiple
locations in the shortest amount of time in ultimate comfort.
The 40-seat Premium One aircraft,
which has a single aisle, a 2-2 seating configuration, and a range
of up to 3,700 nm/6,850 km, can easily connect destinations
throughout the Middle East with major cities in Europe, Africa and
South Asia.
The new A319 will join the growing fleet of
Qatar Executive, offering exclusive private group travel to VIP
passengers.
The seats recline and convert into 79-inch long
fully-flat beds, which come with elegant Italian Frette linen and
duvets. Each seat further provides generous space for work or
rest, and comes equipped with power outlets, WIFI, GSM services,
USB port, audio sockets and LED lighting.
The inflight Oryx
entertainment system features the same options available on Qatar
Airways, over 1000 choices of movies, music and games. Personal
entertainment can be enjoyed with the latest-generation systems
and noise-cancelling headphones.
The chartered Premium One
service also includes access to executive airport facilities and
concierge services in both Doha and abroad.
Qatar Executive’s Executive Vice President David Edwards,
said,
“We look forward to meeting the requirements of private customers,
corporations and luxury tour operators with this exclusive
product. Demand for Business Class group travel has increased and
this aircraft is ideally positioned to fill the gap in the market,
particularly in the Middle East region.”
Apart from the
Premium One Airbus A319, Qatar Executive also operates a
wholly-owned fleet of eight Bombardier business jets, including
four
Global 5000s – among them two Global 5000 Visions, three
Challenger 605s and one Global XRS with a capacity of up to 13
passengers.
