Oakwood Signs Ninth Serviced Apartment Property in Tokyo, Japan

Oakwood Asia Pacific will open its ninth serviced apartment property in Tokyo in January 2016.

The Oakwood Premier Tokyo in Marunouchi, will be the second Oakwood property in Tokyo licensed to cater to short-stay travelers, after Oakwood Apartments Ariake.

The Oakwood Premier Tokyo will be located in a multi-use complex two minutes’ walk from the mega transportation hub of Tokyo Station, the busiest train station in Japan, home of the bullet trains and the gateway to the whole of Japan.

All 123 units come fully furnished with a full Western-style kitchen and equipped with household appliances, a home entertainment system and sound bar system, as well as the full amenities and 24-hour services of high-end hotels.

Services and facilities include 24-hour concierge and front desk services, regular housekeeping services, business services, meeting rooms, a residents’ lounge and high speed wi-fi. In addition, there is a fitness centre within the complex.
