Tigerair is to launch flights from Singapore to
Quanzhou and Lucknow.
The flights will both be operated three
times weekly with Airbus A320 aircraft.
Flights to Quanzhou are
scheduled to commence on 28 September 2015, while the inaugural
flight to Lucknow is scheduled to begin on 3 December 2015.
Flight bookings for the Quanzhou and Lucknow
services will open for sale on the Tigerair website on 25 August and 1
September respectively.
Tigerairs CEO, Lee Lik Hsin, said,
Tigerair is constantly looking to introduce new services to
expand our offerings and enhance connectivity for customers. The
addition of Quanzhou and Lucknow will further improve
Singapores link to China and India.
Quanzhou, a coastal city
in the Fujian Province, will be Tigerairs 12th Greater China
destination.
Lucknow will be Tigerairs 6th destination in India.
