Hong Kong Airlines has increased the flight
frequency on its Hong Kong - Shanghai Hongqiao route service from
14 to 18 flights per week.
The newly added flights to Shanghai Hongqiao
will operate every Wednesday and Sunday.
Mr. Li Dianchun, Commercial Director of Hong
Kong Airlines said, “With the increasing passenger demand between
Hong Kong and Shanghai, we further enhanced our flights for this
route to meet the fast growing number of passengers. We hope the
adjustment will provide our passengers with more flexible travel
options, and further contribute to the development of economics
and tourism of both cities.”
Apart from the Shanghia Hongqiao
route, Hong Kong Airlines also operates frequent daily flights
from Hong Kong to cities like Beijing, Hangzhou, Taipei, Bangkok
and Okinawa.
The first
daily flight between Hong Kong and Krabi, Thailand also took
off on 13 November.
In
addition, direct flights to
Kumamoto, Japan will commence on 14 December.
