The Villa Zolitude Resort & Spa in Phuket,
Thailand, has appointed Mr. Scott Flaxman as Executive Chef.
He
Scott will oversee the hotel's signature 180° Wine & Dine
Restaurant alongside all the resort's private dining and
banqueting needs.
Chef Scott has cooked for luxury events in the
UK and for different members of the Royal Family during 1998-2004
with The Admirable Crichton, and was awarded a Royal Warrant to
HRH The Prince of Wales for Catering.
Born and raised in Africa, Chef Scott has built
up a repertoire of culinary experiences globally from Europe to
Singapore, Maldives and Thailand.
His last assignment prior to
joining Villa Zolitude were with Sireeampan in Chiang Mai and Glow Elixir
in Koh Yao Yai.
