Etihad Airways has introduced a bank transfer
payment option in Australia.
The new payment option, introduced in response
to customer feedback, is a convenient option for guests who want
to book on the airline’s website but prefer to pay for flights
with cash rather than a credit card.
“The introduction of a bank
transfer payment option enables Etihad Airways to offer our guests
more choice,” said Etihad Airways’ General Manager for Australia
and New Zealand, Sarah Built. “Bank transfers are a convenient
option for making cash payments and are a popular payment method
in Australia. Overseas travellers now have more
options for booking and paying for flights on etihad.com 24 hours
a day, seven days a week.”
Customers simply select the ‘Bank Transfer’
payment method when booking a flight on the airline’s website
and then they have 24 hours to complete the bank transfer.
Australian travellers can also pay with
credit/debit cards, PayPal and PoliPay.
