Southeast Asia's first Mandarin Oriental-branded
residences, located in Bangkok, are now open for bookings.
The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok,
are 146 freehold riverside residences situated diagonally across
the Chao Phraya River from the Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok hotel.
The 52-floor building is located on the 20-acre
ICONSIAM site, an US$1.54-billion riverside national
landmark project in Thailand being developed by a joint-venture
partnership between Magnolia Quality Development Corporation
Limited, Siam Piwat Co., Ltd., and Charoen Pokphand Group.
ICONSIAM also includes two glamorous retail complexes, and a
waterfront promenade.
The Mandarin Oriental,
Bangkok will provide management services for The Residences, as
well as bespoke amenities for individual residents.

The project is scheduled for completion
within 2018.
