Thailand-based Red Planet Hotels has upgraded
its app and launched an affiliate
programme it has called Referred, which offers cash commissions
for members.
Red Planet's app is not only a booking portal,
but also provides an In-Stay Mode with a range of features to help
maximise guests' enjoyment during their stay.
From the moment a guest makes a booking, the app
provides them with a direct chat line to hotel staff to answer any
special requests or questions before and during their stay.
In addition, guests can look up
and obtain directions to local attractions, receive information on
local events in their destination city and utilise a room-to-room
and front desk telephone line through the app when in the hotel.
Red Planet's Referred programme encourages
members to promote its hotels to their family, friends, colleagues
and social networks through their personal Referred link and earn
cash commissions for each paid reservation. This will also be
extended to organisations, associations and websites wishing
to participate.
