Cebu Pacific to Launch Three New International Routes

Cebu Pacific has unveiled plans to launch three new international routes from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

On 17 December 2015, the airline will inaugurate direct flights from Manila to Fukuoka, Japan; from Cebu to Taipei, Taiwan; and, from Davao to Singapore.

"We look forward to seeing the 'Cebu Pacific effect' in the new routes we will operate. We've seen time and again how connectivity and CEB's trademark low fares stimulated travel," said CEB VP for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog. "It has always been our commitment to contribute to the country's economic and tourism agenda. We will continue to develop our Philippine hubs to offer fast, affordable flights to more travelers across our network."

On 17 December, the first to be launched is Cebu Pacific's direct Manila-Fukuoka thrice weekly service. Flights will depart Manila at 14:15 and arrive in Fukuoka at 18:55. The return flight departs at 20:00 and arrives at 22:40. Fukuoka is Cebu Pacific's 4th destination in Japan after Osaka, Tokyo (Narita) and Nagoya.

Cebu Pacific's direct Davao-Singapore will operate two times per week. Flights will depart Davao at 17:35 to arrive in Singapore at 21:10. The return flight will depart at 21:55 to arrive back in Davao at 01:40. This is the airline's first international route from Davao.

The last launch of the day is Cebu Pacific's direct Cebu-Taipei thrice weekly service. Flights will depart Cebu at 21:45 to arrive in Taipei at 00:25. The return flight will depart at 01:05 to arrive back in Cebu at 03:45. This is Cebu Pacific's 6th international route from Cebu. It also offers direct flights from Cebu to Hong Kong, Singapore, Incheon, Busan and Tokyo (Narita).

All three new routes will utilize Cebu Pacific's brand-new Airbus A320 aircraft fleet.
