Ebb & Flow at The Park Lane Hong Kong, a
Pullman Hotel
The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel has
reinvented its lobby lounge as Ebb & Flow.
Just steps away from Victoria Park, the
lounge features a vibrant modern design, cutting edge tech
elements and an assortment of food options.
The hotel has partnered with Galerie Junger to
present Austrian photographer Paul Kolps series of photographic
prints to enliven the Ebb & Flow interior.
Kolp captures the sensuality and aesthetic
of food produce, a common theme in his oeuvre. Some of his
photographic works featured at Ebb & Flow include; a lime,
lobster, octopus and watercress, all reinterpreted through the enigmatic eye of the artist.
In
celebration of Kolps unique lens, and in collaboration with the
Grain & Pixel digital art collective, the Park Lane Hotel lobby
will also feature a large-scale digital installation Dissection, a
kaleidoscope through movement, vibrancy and visual stimulation.
The digital art piece is a dynamic focal point, set behind the reception.
The newly renovated Ebb & Flow offers guests
a variety of epicurean delights throughout the day. From a fresh bakery service
and slow-press juicer for breakfast, a wide-ranging international
lunch menu of salads, lunch trays, and fresh sandwiches, to an
elaborate afternoon tea and light tapas.
Bridging day to night, an innovative menu of cocktails
showcases a wide selection of world-renowned
classics. In addition,
Ebb & Flow is one of the first hotels in the region to introduce a
specialty Steampunk coffee machine. This craft-brewing machine is
configured using an app for use with different custom roasting and
blending recipes, to manipulate the taste, body and aroma of each
coffee served. To top off the experience, state-of-the-art
technology featuring digitally connected menus ensure ease of
ordering at the fingertips and allows guests to enjoy an
interactive and adaptable dining experience.
