QantasLink has started rebranding its fleet of
Network Aviation Fokker F100 aircraft in QantasLink livery.
Over the coming months, all Network Aviations
F100 aircraft will be progressively repainted in QantasLink
livery.
QantasLink Chief Executive Officer John Gissing
said, Network Aviation has been part of the Qantas Group since
2011, and repainting the F100 fleet with our QantasLink branding
is the logical next step for the brand. This decision strongly
reflects the affiliation our Western Australian customers have
with QantasLink, and is a great step forward to provide a
consistent brand across the state, while retaining the unique
culture the Network Aviation team has built in the Western
Australian community over the past 17 years.
Qantas purchased Network Aviation in 2011, which
at the time had a fleet of two 100-seat Fokker 100 aircraft and
six 30-seat Embraer Brasilia EMB-120ER aircraft operating
charter-only services.
Since then, Qantas and Network Aviation
have grown the fleet to 14 F100 aircraft.
In 2014, Qantas announced that Network Aviation
would start Regular Passenger Transport (RPT) services on regional
routes in Western Australia.
Network Aviation employs more than 340 people.
