Air Astana has upgraded its inflight catering on
			  regional and international flights.
New menus have been introduced from Almaty,
Paris and Istanbul flights and will be launched from Astana from 1
May. In response to passenger feedback, the airline will be
introducing up to 6 rotating menu cycles across regional routes.
The airline has even introduced manty (steamed
			  dumplings) on a limited number
of domestic routes, with a plan to incorporate more Kazakh and regional flavours into the entire range of menus across the
network. The traditional dish is presented in one of the 6 cycles
for business-class regional flights departing from Astana.
“Developing our new menu, we have paid attention to increasing
the variety of dishes, with the goal being to create the best flavour combinations and even better quality. If our passengers enjoy the manty, we will look to incorporate it into economy class
down the line and further incorporate more regional and especially
national dishes in both classes in due course,” said Richard
			  Hyland, Air Astana Corporate Chef.
