Finnair has confirmed that it will operate
flights to the Croatian city of Split ever Tuesday and Saturday,
between 5 May and 3 October 2015.
The scheduled service to the popular gateway on
the Dalmatian coast will be operated with Airbus A320 aircraft and
timed for optimal connections with Finnairs domestic,
Scandinavian and Asian destinations.
Elsewhere in Croatia, Finnair flies daily in
summer to historic Dubrovnik, 250 kilometres south of Split and
also on the Dalmatian coast.
Earlier this year Finnair
announced new European destinations Dublin, Athens and Malta, as
well as new scheduled services to Chania, Heraklion, Kos and
Rhodes in Greece; Catania and Naples in Italy; Marmaris in Turkey;
Mallorca in Spain; Paphos in Cyprus and Innsbruck in Austria.
