Langham Place Opens in Ningbo, China

Langham Hospitality has expanded its portfolio of hotels in China with the opening of Langham Place, Ningbo Culture Plaza.

Located within one of China's most dynamic and oldest cities with a rich history that dates back 7000 years, the Langham Place forms an integral part of the new Ningbo Culture Plaza in which the city’s art gallery, museum, sports center, theater, leading entertainments and boutiques are all conveniently located.

Ranging from 45 to 175 square meters, Langham Place, Ningbo comprises 143 guestrooms including 13 suites, all of which have views of the city or river.

Each guest room features an executive working desk, free Wi-Fi, a 42-inch flat-panel high definition TV, coffee and tea-making facilities and a spacious bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower.

The 820-square meter Ningbo Ballroom offers a picture-perfect backdrop complete with river views and luxurious interiors. Conference and social gala guests may hold their events within the hotel’s combined space of more than 1,180 square meters which includes the Ningbo Ballroom and three function rooms that range from 100 to 130 square meters each. All the venues are equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment, including built-in LCD projectors and video conferencing capabilities.

The hotel group’s Chuan Body + Soul Spa features four treatment rooms including one dedicated for couples and a Contemplation Lounge. The spa center also has a fully-equipped fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool.
