Paresa Phuket has appointed South African
hotelier, Dawid Koegelenberg as General Manager.
A graduate of the prestigious Cape Town
Hotel School and formerly Resort Manager at Six Senses Koh Samui,
Dawid has over two decades of Michelin-Star restaurant and resort
management experience.
He was a chef and later General Manager of some
of Londons best known restaurants, including a five-year stint at
Richard Corrigan Restaurants, the owners of Corrigans Mayfair
restaurants in Londons west end, and Bentleys Oyster Bar and
Grill.
Gaining his qualification at the Wine & Spirit
Education Trust, Dawid is also a wine sommelier, expanding his F&B
skills having lectured at the London Wine Academy.
Dawid relocated to Thailand in 2010 as Resort
Manager of the multi award-winning five-star Sarojin Resort in
Khao Lak, Phuket, and managed Six Senses Koh Samui the two years
before his move to Paresa.
