Resorts have entered into a new partnership with ReviewPro, a
provider of online reputation management analytics.
ReviewPro provides critical insight into
operational and service strengths and weaknesses by aggregating
millions of mentions from the most relevant online travel
agencies, review websites and social media platforms. The company
helps both small and large hotel organizations to improve guest
experiences and profit from the social web.
